Ingredients
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp hot honey
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts (optional)
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Spread the ricotta mixture onto a serving platter.
- Drizzle the hot honey over the ricotta.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and toasted pine nuts, if using.
- Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot honey to your spice preference.
- For a creamier dip, you can whip the ricotta with a hand mixer for a minute.
