Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Pour sauce over chicken and simmer for 3 minutes until sticky.
- Steam broccoli and carrot for 3 minutes.
- Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, and vegetables.
- Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
