Easy Dump-and-Go Buffalo Chicken recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Optional: blue cheese crumbles, celery for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Pour buffalo wing sauce over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Add cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until melted and combined.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts.
- Adjust buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- Serve over rice, in wraps, or with veggies.
