Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
