Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Place pitted cherries in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar.
- Whisk in flour, then milk, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour batter over cherries.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- You can use frozen cherries.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
