Description
A quick and easy chicken fried rice with vegetables and soy sauce for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup chicken, diced
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Push chicken to one side, scramble eggs in the same pan.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce.
- Mix everything well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
