Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tbsp cowboy butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and paprika. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cowboy butter until melted. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss to coat in sauce.
