Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups frozen hash browns
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain any grease.
- Stir in corn, black beans, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with hash browns and cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and hash browns are golden.
