Description
Simple and delicious chicken Alfredo made in a crockpot.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Pour Alfredo sauce over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Stir cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese into the crockpot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like broccoli or mushrooms.
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
