Description
A simple and delicious chicken and broccoli dinner made in your crockpot.
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts: 1.5 lbs
- Broccoli florets: 2 cups
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add broccoli, chicken broth, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir everything together and serve.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like carrots or mushrooms.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- For a thicker sauce, add a cornstarch slurry at the end.
