Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- Place chicken, bell peppers, and onion in the crockpot.
- Add taco seasoning, olive oil, and lime juice.
- Stir to coat everything evenly.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5 hours.
- Shred chicken if desired.
- Serve warm with tortillas.
