Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup hot honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a pan. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Stir in hot honey. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble bowls with quinoa and beef mixture.
- Add toppings as desired.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by using more or less hot honey.
