  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup hot honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a pan. Drain excess fat.
