Simple and nutritious pumpkin banana muffins.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Add pumpkin puree, honey, and egg. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Fill muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- You can add chocolate chips or nuts.
- Ensure bananas are ripe for sweetness.
