  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in shrimp, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 4 minutes.
