Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, broth, water, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add broken lasagna noodles; cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, and parsley.
