  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cauliflower rice, heavy cream, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
