Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, cauliflower rice, heavy cream, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
