Description
A simple and delicious low-carb chicken casserole.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, like cauliflower or spinach.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
