Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, cleaned and halved
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Toss the mushrooms in the sauce until evenly coated.
