Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or vegetables


Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the pan.
  3. Sprinkle half a cup of cheese on the tortilla.
  4. Add half a cup of chicken or veggies.
  5. Top with another half cup of cheese.
  6. Place a second tortilla on top.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  10. Slice into wedges and serve hot.
