Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken or vegetables
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the pan.
- Sprinkle half a cup of cheese on the tortilla.
- Add half a cup of chicken or veggies.
- Top with another half cup of cheese.
- Place a second tortilla on top.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Use a non-stick pan for easy flipping.
- Customize with your favorite veggies or protein.
- Serve with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
