Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1/2 cup cooked pasta or rice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, chopped onion, and black pepper.
- If using, stir in the cooked pasta or rice.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
