Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 cup cooked pasta or rice


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, chopped onion, and black pepper.
  3. If using, stir in the cooked pasta or rice.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
