Ingredients
- 1 dozen large eggs
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg (for pancakes)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (for pancakes)
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 loaf brioche bread
- 1/2 cup butter (for toast)
- Assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, cream cheese)
- Assorted fruits (grapes, orange slices)
- Optional: cinnamon rolls, pastries, yogurt
Instructions
- Hard boil eggs. Peel and set aside.
- Cook bacon and sausage until crispy. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare pancake batter according to package directions. Cook pancakes and set aside.
- Slice brioche bread and toast it. Spread with butter.
- Wash and arrange all fruits on the board.
- Slice cheeses and arrange them on the board.
- Add the cooked bacon, sausage, hard-boiled eggs, pancakes, and toast to the board.
- Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle powdered sugar over desired items.
- Add any optional items like cinnamon rolls or pastries.
- Serve immediately.
