Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, milk, egg, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Fill muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes.
