Easy and delicious pepperoni pizza bombs, perfect for your football party.
Ingredients
- 1 can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and pepperoni over the sauce.
- Roll up the dough tightly.
- Cut the roll into 1-inch slices.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can add other toppings, like cooked sausage or vegetables.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
