Description
These Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are easy to make and packed with flavor. Serve them with rice for a complete meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Spread chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve chicken bites over cooked rice.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken breasts for chicken thighs.
- Adjust seasonings to your liking.
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice after cooking.
