Description

These Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are easy to make and packed with flavor. Serve them with rice for a complete meal.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooked rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat.
