  • Yield: 4 servings

Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are made with just 7 ingredients! This irresistible, feel-good dinner is juicy, cheesy, and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • Ground Chicken
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, beaten egg, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients together until they’re well incorporated, but be careful not to overmix.
  • Gently shape the chicken mixture into individual meatloaves, roughly 6 inches long and 3 inches wide, and place them in the prepared loaf pan or on the baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.
  • Bake the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves for 30-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) when measured with a meat thermometer. The tops should be golden brown and slightly crispy.
  • Remove the meatloaves from the oven and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
