Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, Italian seasoning, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts with the mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Transfer to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
