Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Garlic cloves
- Parmesan cheese
- Pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)
- Heavy cream
- Chicken broth
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet with olive oil and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board and slice.
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: In the same skillet, cook the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
