Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Garlic cloves
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)
  • Heavy cream
  • Chicken broth
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet with olive oil and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board and slice.
  • Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce: In the same skillet, cook the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
