Ingredients

  • 6-8 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the Parmesan mixture over the chicken.
