Simple and flavorful Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs. A quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Spread the Parmesan mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use chicken breasts instead of thighs. Adjust cooking time.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
