Description
This Garlic Soy Chicken Stir Fry is better than takeout. It’s quick, easy, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together remaining soy sauce, water, honey, and sesame oil.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Adjust vegetables to your liking.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- Serve immediately for best results.
