This Garlic Soy Chicken Stir Fry is better than takeout. It’s quick, easy, and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining soy sauce, water, honey, and sesame oil.
  6. Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve over cooked rice.
