Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Push potatoes to the side and add steak bites to the skillet.
- Sear steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until steak is cooked to your liking.
- Serve hot.
