Description
A delicious and easy skillet meal featuring garlic steak and tortellini.
Ingredients
- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound tortellini
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Sear steak until browned.
- Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Add tortellini and beef broth.
- Simmer until tortellini is cooked.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Season to taste.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve immediately.

- You can use any type of tortellini.
