  • Red onion: 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Kalamata olives: 1/2 cup, pitted
  • Feta cheese: 1/2 cup, crumbled
  • Greek yogurt: for serving


Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
