Description

Ground Turkey Teriyaki Stir Fry is bold, savory & done in 35 minutes. A power-packed one-pan dinner full of flavor, protein, and colorful veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the turkey is cooked through, add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly, until the aromatics are fragrant.
  • Next, add the chopped vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry the mixture for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp and the colors are vibrant.
  • Pour in the teriyaki sauce and toss everything together to coat the turkey and vegetables evenly. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Taste the stir-fry and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding a pinch of salt or a splash of soy sauce to balance the flavors.
  • Serve the Ground Turkey Teriyaki Stir Fry immediately, garnished with sliced green onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
