Ingredients
- 4 medium apples
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core the apples.
- In a bowl, mix coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup.
- Stuff the apple cores with the mixture.
- Place apples in a baking dish.
- Pour water into the dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
- Serve with a dollop of yogurt.
