Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons water


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Core the apples.
  3. In a bowl, mix coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup.
  4. Stuff the apple cores with the mixture.
  5. Place apples in a baking dish.
  6. Pour water into the dish.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
