Ingredients
- 8 oz sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the steak with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Prepare the bowl by layering cooked quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
- Top with sliced steak.
- Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle fresh parsley over the bowl.
- Serve immediately.
