Ingredients

  • 8 oz sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Season the steak with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Prepare the bowl by layering cooked quinoa, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  4. Top with sliced steak.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice and sprinkle fresh parsley over the bowl.
  6. Serve immediately.
