Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked ham
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, ham, and onion.
- Pour mixture into greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
