Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) container cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown turkey sausage in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix in the cooked sausage and vegetables.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
