Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Optional: maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook and crumble sausage. Drain any grease.
- In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, and egg.
- Gently fold in cooked sausage.
- Fill mini muffin tins.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
- Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
