A quick and easy high-protein pasta dish featuring rotisserie chicken, broccoli, and a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 pound pasta
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté garlic.
- Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer.
- Add cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken. Toss.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
