Description
Easy and flavorful high-protein beef bites cooked in a slow cooker with garlic butter.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place beef cubes in slow cooker.
- Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour garlic butter over beef.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.
