Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Place beef cubes in slow cooker.
  2. Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Pour garlic butter over beef.
  4. Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
