Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup beef broth


Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and thyme.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Brown beef in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer beef and garlic butter to a slow cooker.
