Description
Tender beef bites cooked in a slow cooker with garlic butter for a high-protein meal.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Season beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and thyme.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Brown beef in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer beef and garlic butter to a slow cooker.
- Pour beef broth into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot.
