  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Heat apple cider in a saucepan until reduced by half.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Chill dough for 30 minutes.
  6. Roll dough and cut into donut shapes.
  7. Fry donuts until golden brown.
  8. Toss warm donuts in cinnamon sugar.
