2 cups leftover meatloaf, crumbled
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled meatloaf, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
