Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup honey
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into evenly sized 1-inch meatballs and place them in a slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey and barbecue sauce. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
