A delicious and easy Honey Garlic Chicken & Rice Bowl recipe.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast (1 lb)
- Rice (1 cup)
- Honey (1/4 cup)
- Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Broccoli florets (1 cup)
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook chicken until browned.
- Add minced garlic, honey, and soy sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Steam broccoli until tender.
- Assemble bowls: rice, chicken, and broccoli.

- You can add other vegetables you like.
- Adjust the honey and soy sauce to your taste.
