Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. If using cornstarch, whisk it in until smooth.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
