Ingredients
- 1 lb honey garlic sausage, sliced
- 2 large sweet potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add sliced sausage to the baking sheet and drizzle with honey and soy sauce.
- Roast for another 15-20 minutes until sausage is browned and sweet potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
