Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets (chopped)
- 1 large Honeycrisp apple (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop broccoli into small florets.
- Dice the Honeycrisp apple.
- Thinly slice red onion.
- In a bowl, mix broccoli, apple, onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled.
