Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, salt, turmeric, chili powder (if using), and garam masala. Mix well.
- Spread chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with lemon slices and cilantro. Serve hot.

- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve with rice or naan.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
