Description

A flavorful and easy Indian-inspired chicken dish.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, salt, turmeric, chili powder (if using), and garam masala. Mix well.
  3. Spread chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and cilantro. Serve hot.
