Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Stir in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- For a crispier topping, bake for an additional 5 minutes.
